Abstract

Retroperitoneal cysts are rare intra-abdominal tumors. They can appear as chronic abdominal pain, a painless abdominal mass, or acute abdomen. It is difficult to differentiate from ovarian tumor by pelvic examination. Diagnostic aids include
pelvic
computed tomography and ultrasound. We present a case of retroperitoneal lymphatic cyst required differential diagnosis.
